2019 – Sarasota County, FL– Inspiring Views

We were inspired by the beautiful Gulf of Mexico views, sharing of best practices, motivational speakers, demonstrations, round table discussions and experienced peers. We heard stories to never give up, inclusion, mindfulness, mediation and conflict resolution, customer service, emergency planning, leading with change and coaching. We were charged to “inspire someone.”

2018 – Denver, CO - Discover Your Peak

At the conference, we Discovered Our Peak!
A mountain. Some see it as an obstacle, to others a challenge. In Denver we used the mountain as a metaphor and took our own virtual climb to the peak.
We assessed our provisions, making sure we have the tolls needed for our contact center. We met up with fellow climbers, forged friendships and share stories and insights along the way. We were inspired at the summit through incredible speakers and collaborative discussions. The best view comes after the hardest climb.

Thank you for joining us and getting connected at the 2017 AGCCP “Unconference!” The 2017 conference was a mixture of tradition with speakers, sponsors and vendors but mainly a participant-driven format which allowed you to have thought provoking discussions with other government contact center professionals about the issues that matter to you most.

We learned that wellness, both mind and body are both important components of building bridges in this “City of Bridges.” Discussions included Customer Service, teleworking, Contact Center data and dashboards, technologies and how humor and gratitude play important roles in our lives.
